At this year's automatica, the international trade fair for intelligent automation and robotics, taking place from June 27th to 30th in Munich, norelem will showcase numerous innovations such as pneumatic swing clamps, as well as a variety of proven standard elements.
automatica is the world's leading marketplace for automated, intelligent production. At norelem's booth, visitors can expect to see several novelties, including pneumatic swing clamps and couplings in various designs, as well as "intelligent" bushings - all available to touch and test at the so-called podium islands.
The norelem highlights
On one of these exhibition plates, visitors can test the operating comfort of swing clamps and lever clamps. Another plate displays various couplings for torque transmission and vibration damping, such as metal bellows, elastomer jaw, cross slide, and rigid couplings. norelem presents another highlight with its intelligent bushings: locking pins, positioning bushings, and spring-loaded pressure pads with condition sensors. These inductive sensors enable actuation-dependent process control.
Experience a range of products
From a selection of over 70,000 products, norelem has assembled a collection that visitors can try out live at automatica. In the Fixing and Clamping section, the company showcases its flexible standard component system, including support and rest elements, locking and mounting bolts, centering clamps, ball-end thrust screws, 5D workpiece stops, and spring-loaded side pressure pads. Another exhibition plate presents the centering unit, where floating clamps and swing clamps hold a workpiece in position. The displays also feature variable quick-release clamps, various clamping levers, and flat-head screws with tolerance compensation. Under the keyword Hygienic Design, various standard parts are presented, including rotary latches and hoses, as well as screws and nuts designed to meet the high demands of the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and packaging industries.
From the Motor Positioning Systems section, norelem showcases various positioning tables, universal joints, bevel and worm gears. Special highlights include two large exhibits: the norelem drive gear and a claw machine - a drive combined with a pneumatic handling system. Various telescopic rails, including those with soft-close damping systems, push-to-open function, or self-closing, will also be on display. The product range includes caster wheels (fixed and swivel casters with "stop-fix"), aluminum profiles, and technical accessories such as coolant and extraction hoses, as well as rectangular, flat, and high-pressure nozzles, completing the company's presentation.
