Material
Steel.

Electro zinc-plated.
Note
Stamped and rolled guide rails.

The fixed bearing rail is the main absorber of radial and axial forces. The floating bearing rail serves to absorb the load of radial forces and, in combination with the fixed bearing rail, as a support bearing for absorbing torques that occur. In the connection of the fixed and the floating bearings, the floating bearing rail compensates for parallelism errors and tolerances.

Roller guide rails

The Roller guide rails and Telescope rails from norelem are ideally suited for draw-like equipment in industry, logistics, medical technology and automobile technology where even heavy loads (up to 1.5 tonnes) must glide in and out lightly and play-free. Apart from the standard version made from normal steel, norelem also offers high quality roller guide rails made from bearing steel with induction hardened and ground tracks that have even better glide properties and higher endurance values.

Telescope rails are available as partial extension consisting of a fixed guide rail and a glide rail, or full extension consisting of two guide rails and two joined together glide rails.
