3. Order

When you submit an order, we use the data from your login (see point 1) to process it.

We save the personal data from the order which is not master data from the login only for as long as needed to execute the order and as required by the statutory retention obligations.

In order to dispatch your order, we communicate your name and address or the delivery address to a forwarding agent, usually UPS, United Parcel Service, Görlitzer Strasse 1, 41460 Neuss, Germany.

4. Cookies

We save cookies to your computer.

Cookies are small identifiers, which our web server sends to your browser and which your computer saves if you have the appropriate standard settings.

We use cookies exclusively for the shopping cart function and login mechanism, and so that our website can be effectively adapted and enhanced to suit your requirements. Cookies provide us with information on which pages of our website are visited, in which order and the dwell times for the respective pages.

Only your IP address - a technical necessity in the internet - is known to us. We have no direct possibility to associate the IP address with your person. Even with your IP address and the cookies saved to your computer, you remain unknown to us when you visit our website as long as you do not deliberately disclose your identity by, for example, logging in.

Please be aware that you can completely disable the use of cookies by making the appropriate settings in your browser.

5. Utilisation data

By visiting our site, information about the access (date, time, page viewed, browser used) can be stored. This utilisation data is only pseudonymously processed and used. It is evaluated for statistical purposes only.

6. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service of Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", text files placed on your computer, to enable the website to analyse how users use the site. The information that a cookie generates about your use of our website is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA, where it is then stored. IP anonymisation has been enabled on our website so that your IP address will be abbreviated in advance within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the agreement from the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will your full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there. Google uses this information on our behalf to evaluate your use of our website, compile reports on website activity, and provide us with additional services relating to website and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google.

You can prevent cookies from being stored by making the appropriate setting in your browser software. However, users should be aware that making this setting may prevent them from using all the functions of our website.

You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie relating to your website usage (including your IP address) and processing this data by downloading and installing the browser add-on available from the following link: The current link is: "https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de."

You can also prevent Google Analytics from collecting data via the following link: Deactivate Google Analytics. This creates an opt-out cookie that prevents your data from being collected in the future when you visit our website.

If you have set your browser to disable analysis (Do Not Track header), analysis will be disabled automatically.

7. Google Maps

We reserve the right to integrate Google Maps on the aforementioned website. These maps are provided by Google (see above). If you access this section, Google will receive information about your page visit.
